Maybe it’s not a bug and is just a matter of time until they prepare the new Build today on November 1st at 19:00 GMT ?!

This is the best thing i ever saw in a mmo. Best Halloween ever.

Don’t give up! i didn’t and after 1 hour, i’ve made it. The secret is to watch a video about the clocktower and you will know what to do.
Just don’t give up, is not so hard.

I have the same problem. I participated at all the acts and i have everything at Special event except Halloween achievement wich is 4 out of 5. And i don’t know why.

in game name: Aczy (ranger/sylvari/lvl 80)
server: Seaferer’s Rest

Please help me i don’t want to lose such an achievement.
