yea It’s very unfortunate
cost me 25 gems but still, a little bit disappointing because on the preview it looks perfect, which means there is a way to fix this in game because that’s the way it should really look on a charr…so I really hope Guild Wars will notice this and fix it ^^

I have bought the cute earmuffs skin for my charr not long ago.
on the gem store preview they look good and sit right in place, but when I put the skin on in my wardrobe it looks different and replaced lower than in the preview like its a bug or graphics mistake.
Please tell me what it is and try to fix this! I really like the earmuffs and I think that they look good on my charr ^^

I bought the game but my computer can’t run it very well (very low frame rate on the lowest graphics, delaying, etc.)

You can see my settings in the attachment. (It’s a pretty old computer but works well)

As far as I know my computer is quite suitable for the game relying on the minimum system requirements, but I lack one thing: the graphics card.
I checked my motherboard and I do have space there for a card, but I just don’t know what to buy because I lack the knowledge

In the Device Manager it says I have Intel® G41 chipset (I don’t know what that is but I presume It’s nothing lol )

So what graphics card should I get? Someone told me that the names of the graphics card had changed so if the minimum requirements were “NVIDIA® GeForce® 7800”
it now would be now called differently.

What’s the best standard card for my computer that would run the game smoothly and on normal+ graphics?
