I had major problems with my connection (since last patch) now I can’t log in – error 7 or error 42 all the time
New build solved my problem – can’t even log in – great job Anet…
It has been 2 weeks since I can’t play GW2 properly. I feel disappointed – still no answer from Anet. I have been playing over 2 years now – spent real money (on gems) and plenty of time to get achievements. It is outrageous that we have no information from devs and the problem wasn’t fixed. We are neglected and ignored – it is not acceptable. As I see it now: Anet scammed me so here I offically demand a refund.

Game World: Aurora Glade
Since the last patch: severe lags and disconnects, can’t log in.
Message: client is unable to gain access to the log-in server.
I contacted my provider – my line works perfectly.
GW 2 is now unplayable for me during EU prime time.
I was lagging since the beginning of the event but I wanted to see how it ends. The worst is that I was kicked by the game during phase 3 and couldn’t log in until the event was over – no reward I lost 3 hours and had to repair my ruined armour! I’m curious – is Anet going to do something to compensate people like me?
