The only issue that I have when I play my Alts are the lack of map compeletion on them. I have two at 100 and doing another one just sounds like a huge chore. Only my main has full ascended and he is the only one I plan on doing fractals on. Haunt exotic gear doesn’t bother me that much at the moment. I just wish that the gift of exploration can be consumed on another character to boost their map comp to 100 with the penalty of no exp or HP from it, could also be only used on a 80?

Maybe try selecting a different story?
For example, select a previous living story or personal, then go back to HoTs and see if that fixes the problem.

So by your guys knowledge, what masteries would you need to fully map
Complete each Individual map. Please list map and what is needed for each one

So today i logged into gw2, after i updated my nvidia graphics card, and now gw2 has these weird stripes across the screen and i cant do anything in-game either. Anyone know whats going on?

I’m sad to hear that you’ve been treated this way. I too have been verbally abused and attacked in game. The worse was when I was in PvP and me and another player were 1v1 on a point on Legacy and he killed me and responded with saying “Rekt” and “You suck”. Later, after the game (We won by the way) he whispered me saying very vulgar insults (which I won’t get into detail) and it was hurtful, but I did not follow up with his/her little game. THEN, he blocked me and continued to talk badly of me in map chat while I was waiting for another match to start, then I did respond by saying “You should probably stop talking, before you embarrass yourself and get reported”. I followed up with filling out a report on the player and blocked him.

People will be mean, it happens. I agree, I wish I saw more quick decisions from Anet with handling people like that. ://

Hello everybody, I was just wondering what do you guys find the most efficient/ not so boring way of making gold. I’m currently doing silver wastes and trick-or-treat bag farming, is there any other ways you have found more enjoyable? Other then doing dungeons, or fractals? And no,… I don’t want to use real money to get gems and convert to gold.

Please give helpful feedback <3

1. Account Bound Bags- Make it so that if one character and however many had a ACCOUNT BAG, everything that’s placed in it will be accesseble on all characters that contain this bag.

2. Saved Wardrobe Slots- Save a certain look you want in a tab located in wardrobe and every time they decide they want to use a previous look, make it cost like 2-3 charges. Gives us a way to keep certain styles we like and conservation of charges.

3. Account Gathering Tool Tab- Instead of having just a tab for each character, make it so that its account bound so whatever is placed in there, if it’s an unlimited use one from the gem store or not, all characters can use them.

I don’t understand why why Anet decided that adding gemstore purchases like the toxic and scarlet pieces, obtainable through in game grind. Like what the French-toast man??
I payed for those skins with real money and now you decide to not make them exclusive anymore? It would of been different if they, Anet, put them on the gemstore again, because why not, they’ve dome that lots of times with previous armor skins. By adding exclusive gemstore items obtainable through a normal grind really makes me lose trust in your customer service. This makes me rethink what I buy on the store or if I will ever buy gemstore items again.

I’ve had the same idea for a long time now. I loved the marionette! I agree, we should have this as an instance somewhere. I was picturing a little base off the side of Rata Sum with a gate that you could go through that would throw you into an instance (kind of like now dungeons work) and you would pretty much go back in time and fight the marionette all over again. Hopefully, this would be permanent content that they could build of off for future. Plus maybe re-add older boss fights:))

At the very least I would like to see underwater used more often and in more creative ways. Imagine a portion of a dungeon, where you are in a cave and it gets darker and darker and then there is a mysterious pool of water in front of the party, that is the only way to go , the only way to advance. I love the underwater fractals.

I agree, the underwater fractal was great, probably one of my favorites.

I always thought having an underwater city would be really cool. Since there is an underwater race known as the Quaggan, why not add an underwater city for them?
I don’t know much about the Lore, but it seems every playable race has a city. Yeah I know the Quaggans aren’t a playable race, but I’ve always wanted more underwater features to be added in the future. Also, a underwater dungeon that is completely submerged would be awesome in my opinion. So I was curious, what do you guys think? Is there anything you guys would like to see added that’s simialir to this?

I recently got 1600 gems from a friend of mine for celebrating my move to Guild Wars 2. I am now level 57 as of this post and I am wondering, what should I get with it? Spend the rest of the gems on gold or should I buy some items on the store?

I already bought a plush charr backpack because it’s soooooo cute ^.^

Any suggestions?

(PS: I only got 1300 gems as of right now)

To me, the best thing I’ve ever bought on the gem store would have to be the extra bank space! Totally worth it!

So I just made this topic because I wanted to see what y’all are wishing to see later in this game maybe in the near future. Hopefully a game expansion? What’s you’re ideas? New class? Race? Map areas? Etc.

Here are mine :P
1. New race- Tangu(bird people)
2. I would love to see mounts, but I know they would have to tinker with the waypoint system :/
3. Make WvW completion accound bound?
4. A wilderness area- where everyone is an enemy? Kinda like runescape?

Here’s my list of things I need to get :
1. Dragonite Ore to make ingots
2. Obsidian shard
3. Thermocatalytic regeant
4. Augur stone

So anyone know the best way to get these?

So I know I can’t get them normally through the living story since it’s over, but I was wondering what’s the best way to get them now? I’ve noticed I can get them from my sprocket generator once per day if I’m lucky, and also through the Aetherblade fractal.

Any tips?:)

So would it be helpful to complete as many tiers per daily? I’m currently level 14 and I usually get about two tiers done per day. Is there any tips on who I could speed up my process for farming?

The higher the level (your personal must be equal or higher, of course), the higher the number of relics you get. If I’m not wrong, at level 49 and 50, you get about 14 Fractal Relics per Fractal and 40-ish from the daily chest.
You can also convert every Pristine Relic into 15 normal relics.

Is it not worth saving the pristine for ascended accessories? Or should I just rely on getting as a reward? Cause I know you knew more AR the higher tier you are.
