Been lagging as well. Most of the time, it lags during the morning. Only GW2 lags, I can play other games, stream videos, download perfectly normally.

There is supposed to be an NPC Hylek next to a “cannon” named Ol’ Stinky. You talk to the Hylek to do the Skill Challenge.

The NPC Hylek is not there. I tried waiting for a day, he is still not there.

This is the thing I need to finish in order to gain 100% map completion for Kessex Hills. Thank you for reading.

At Mount Maelstrom’s Tzanopl Grounds, the Skill Point Challenge is missing. No dynamic event nor the NPC are visible.

At the Straits of Destruction Map, the Skill Point Challenge at ‘Pact Rally Point’ is missing. The dynamic event is up however, the NPC itself is missing.
