The problem is my mail was completely empty and when I opened the mail I received there was nothing in it.

I have bought 3 deluxe Editions form the BLTC and not ONCE have I received the Rytlock mini pet, and I bought 2 bank slots without knowing that I had the max number. It DID’T say anything about having bought the max amount. Is there I could get money back for the bank slots and a way I could get the Rytlock mini pet? I already had submitted bugs tickets but hadn’t received any response.

I’m trying to open the 2 Gear Ranger Box, and have tried for two days now. It states that it is disabled right now. I am not the only one experiencing this issue.
