No, Salamander I dont agree; a bit more it is necessary that just see the utilities. We need far much more than that: where is our stability – we get cc’d so easy, where are our elite skills -we have none, where is our mobility, why do we have such high casting times, what is the point of these pitiful minions, where are our merged traits (why are they so poor), why do we keep being nerfed at every step. Do you see a pattern? Has ANET EVER LISTENED TO THE NECROMANCER FORUM? Have they ever changed/reverted/buffed a skill at our request? I for one, don’t see the point of a forum being there. Sorry folks but this is the truth.

There was no bug, its bugged now; it generates very little life force. DS takes longer to build up, that was my impression and i am and was a DS build. Of course if there are lots of enemies it does not matter but it took me 2-3 enemies to build up DS. It only took 1 before. Ravezaar is not wrong. The rest you probably did not have vital persistence on or got hit hard.

“Starting healing skill for Necromancer is now Consume Conditions.” How in God’s name our main heal gives us vulnerability? No, I dont want to use plague signet to transfer the condition which was not suppose to be there to begin with. Is it not enough that the new Reaper specialization is a joke with no mobility, no range options, long casting times, vulnerable to interrupts and cc; we are being nerfed our main heal skill? I say take away Lich Form completely, the cooldown is too high anyway. Revert Consume Conditions to what it is.
I only have 1 player and it very hard to get ascended gear, and I have not even tried to make an ascended weapon because I dont have enough materials. In other words nerfing the amount of materials we get is not cool at all especially since the amounts required are already insane.
