Yeah, nothing. Plus the client crashed while I was standing around zinder slope waiting to see if something else was supposed to happen, so lost the buff too. :P

Same happened to me. Didn’t crash but I was DC’d presumably by anet while trying to figure out why I got no reward and read mapchat of scores of people with a similar result.

Go ahead and add me to the list of jilted players.
10-stacks, In-map before event started, during and 20 minutes after.
An hour of my life I’ll never get back.
It wasn’t even fun due to incredible lag spikes and awful fps rate (all on a T1 internet connection).

Totally unplayable for me – AGAIN. Tremedous rubber-banding and lag with fps and ping sill running like a slot machine dial. Tried it again off-peak. Hardly anyone on the maps. Same thing. Same lag.

This is on Alienware i7 with 8 gigs of ram and a 100 mbps FIOS connection.

Complete and total disappointment.

I have the same fps issue. My fps and ping are all over the place – JUST LIKE LAST STRESS TEST! I am so ticked I can’t even breathe. Last time I was able to get into the maps. I still couldn’t play the game but I could at least see the spawn area. This time I can’t even get out of the lobby because of the queue.

So this awful framerate is from just standing in the lobby doing absolutely nothing.

I preordered the game so I could experience some of these betas. I can tell you that I will never pre-order another Anet game to be a guinea pig. It’s unplayable.

I won’t have to worry about this for another 2 or three years but I will remember this wasted experience for sure.

My Ping using “best performance” setting fluctuated wildly from 40-168.
My fps was even worse and constantly flipped from 2 fps to 47 fps non-stop like a slot machine dial.

I finally found an answer!! This has troubled me for 2 years!

I’m level 79 and about 90% to Level 80. So I roll into the Thief re-trainer to buy a master trait I need. I am unlocked at Master trait level and have several Master traits both unlocked and in use.

The Trainer tells me I should come back when I have more experience and I am unable to access any traits whatsoever.

More experience? I have leveled in the game with this toon to almost level 80!!! Are you kidding me?

Between this and locking the diving goggles for advanced characters I’m at my wits end and ready to park this game for a while.

The September update has got to be the LEAST thought out build that has ever been released here. Absolutely no consideration for the tens of thousands of us who have Level 80 toons that are locked out of content that’s been available for over two years.

Also unable to access any diving points. This is ridiculous. I have 100% map completion. Am I supposed to pretend I’m level 1 to try to unlock crap with my level 80 toons?!

Ok I finally found the problem. I was missing an Instance called Craegstad. I’ll call this a glitch because I had BEEN in Craegdtad – there are two POI’s there and I had them both so I kept overlooking this spot not realizing that the area was called something. I don’t know why it didn’t register for me when I was in there getting the 2 POI’s last year!

I’ve been at 174/175 for quite a while and have decided to revisit this seemingly impossible task. On my return I found 3 – THREE! previously undiscovered areas and I’m still at 174/175. How the heck is that possible? I’ve googled until my fingers cramped but everything folks have found I either have or are in the 3 areas I just got. I’ve come up with the hard spots like Vexa’s Lab, Tribulation Caverns, Rebel’s Seclusion, Griffenhook, I have the lairs that everyone missed in the corner, etc. I’ve gone through the maps and crossed off locations one by one. I just don’t know where this last spot is supposed to be…
