Well hello there, since there is no offtopic/attire section I decided to post it here. I want one of my character (currently male human necro) to look as some kind of demonic jester (for example Shaco from LoL, Cicero from Skyrim, Jester from Devil May Cry 3 or somenthing like that). Do you dear community have some ideas? I’m adding my pics of my necro so you can give some tips or something. Cheers.

So my Copper-Fed Salvage-o-Matic disappeared after using it in bank window. DO NOT USE IT IN BANK WINDOW!!! So please anet fix it.

Hello, in this topic i would like to ask you if you know official colors for factions like The Vigil, Order of Whispers, Priory, Serapth etc. I would be grateful if someone from ANet will answer this questions. (On official wiki there is only colors for Shining Blade)

The Texas IP is actually an NCSoft login server. Sometimes there’s a glitch where, when you’re logged in to the site, it shows up as that Texas IP. If that’s the only strange IP you’re seeing, your account is now secure.

I was hacked 3 times. First time i lost most of my stuff. Second time I lost little that i had and third time my password was changed without my knowledge and permission. If that was support action then i want my money back because i don’t see how it’s safe for me.

Ticked number 560681. Hacked account. I send ticket to support and few hours later got response with asking to change my password (I already did it so I did not see it needed).

Then I asked about possible restore then i got information that my ticket was transferred to Game Support Department so that an agent on that team can assist me.
And after that was 3 days of silence.

Since then my account was hacked 2 times.
IP address was from TX, US. I hope that you can save my account and i don’t have to go to US buy a gun and shoot that mean hacker (which is a joke I would never do that).
(Can you for example block and IP from certain region ? I am 100% sure that I will not play GW2 in USA)

Edit:
I used mobile Mobile Authenticator on my phone but hacker got into my account with no sings that he ever got my e-mail account. Also there was no notification mails in my e-mail. (I runned Kaspersky antivirus and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware but find no viruses or malware)

Authenticator Questions/Concerns [merged]

My account got hacked and hacker linked to himself Mobile Authenticator. There is no option to undo that. Also all he have to do is hack my account and now he can change my password when he want. This is just stupid. We could avoid that if you make that if i want to change to it i must agree with it via my e-mail. (I already contacted support but have response: “I am transferring your ticket to our Game Support Department so that an agent on that team can assist you” and nothing by day and a half)

Keyboard problem

Hello, since penultimate patch I got peculiar problem with special sings when as I write in game. You see I got polish keyboard and everywhere else I write i got polish sings but not in game. I never got this problem before and there was one day that it worked but not anymore. I’d like to know how I can fix it. Sadly unlike most of my fellow citizens from Poland I just can’t write without them.

Can't add/join party on my sylvari mesmer.

Like in title – i can’t add or join parties and i cannot be added. It was only on my level 80 female sylvari mesmer. On other toons i can do it but not always, sometimes i can’t add people despite they are not in party. It’s not only me – your party don’t work too good it have tendencies to not show people in party, show people that are not in party, etc. (fix it ffs)

If it’s true, they will only loose from this in long term. No one wants to play unbalanced game that favors some classes over others. You just switch to “prefered” class or stop giving a kitten about game.

[March] Issues with character art, weapons, or armor?

The newest armors skin have clipping issues on my female asura engineer. Her cheeks extend from helmet.
Race: Asura
Sex: female
Class: Engineer
Armor: Aetherblade Medium Helmet Skin
Issue: Clipping moddel on cheeks.
I didn’t used this helmet skin for this reason only.

Well aside that targeting just sucks kitten in this game you should open “Options” window and see if you have certain options marked. I highlighted options that you may check first (in Combat/Movement menu)

Well, i got this strange bug/glitch with asura (engineer). When i start running forward, my character head are between her shoulders.

My friends and I are having much trouble with party window. It’s not only “player is already in another party/guild” error but also party window fail to refresh and occasionally don’t show party members. Fix it FFS!
