Guild Wars 2

I’ve tried to do this one but i can’t and my friend can’t too. We’ve watched dufly’s video how to do it ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=--EJWVd7Nqc ) and it didn’t helped.
We’ve tried about 20 times with different methods and nothing works. I know that someone can tell that we’re doing something wrong but it can’t be it. I think that could be a game bug .

I’ve crafted Mistic Claymore as gw2wiki and game told me “craft in mistic forge”.
After I’ve got my greatsword i didn’t get collection progress. Must I equip it, or it’s a bug ?

If i pre purchase Heart of Thorns will i get one code for base Guild Wars 2 game and second for expansion or will it be i one code? I’m thinking because my friend want to start playing and she will save money.
