Yeah and where do i do that? I log into the game and the support option just gives me links to pages on this site. None of which are useful i might add.
These are items you get in the email you are talking about? If so, the email only holds 10 messages and then it’s full. Try deleting old emails and see if the items show up.
No, I purchased the collectors edition of GW2 from the web site. Not the in game store. I got an e-mail with the game Key and tried to link it to my account. When i log into the game it’s not there.

Well here’s the thing. I’ve already PAID for my upgrade. I even have the activation key in my email and i can’t find a way to just put that in in-game and there’s no way I’m paying for it again.

Okay so it’s been a LONG time since i played GW2, and i decided to try it again. As luck would have it there was a sale at the time on both the game and an upgrade to the special edition. So i bought the upgrade. However it doesn’t appear to be applied to my account. Did i do something wrong maybe? Can some one help me out?
