Fyi a big reason why those game failed was because ppl like you gave the devs a sense of false saftey while they didnt listen to the playerbase who truly tried to make the devs listen. I am confident that they will continue to release quality content and that over half of the people who say that they will no longer be buying gems will continue to do so. Guild Wars has alot of good things going for it; it is a shame that the first thing people did when they released this new content was complain. Learn to enjoy the game.
Aha! One of Anets shining eh.. Blueroseknight is it? Your point is based on wishfull thinking there for moot. Look how other mmo companies survived when people left the game because of its many issues. GW2 allready has alot of issues, adding that many players also feels tricked ( see what I did there) will have severe consequences. But as the valiant knight you are, you will probably play even when Anet cant handle the gold seller spam, bots ruining your TP and content gets further apart presented in a very mediocre mannor. No! If they did that then they would have to nerf grenades. I love that all grenades are ground targeting based. It rewards skillfull playing and is challenging. Also the travel time for grenades is just where it should be. Easy to avoid in pvp. I wouldnt mind an autoattack feature but keeping area targeting.
Imo grenades are one of the best mechanics in the game wich rewards risk vs sacrifice playing. Keep grenades ground targeting Anet. We love our grenades. Just give us auto-attack so we don’t develop karpaltunnel.
For the love of all things awesome please make Largos a playable race in a expansion. An aquatic humanoid race who actually aren’t cuddly, silly or weak. I fell in love with the female Largos Sayeh al’Rajhid and would love to play one of these bad mother kittens.

I agree to a degree with the OP that it feels like alot of people wants to mold the engineer to fit their playstyle. I like constructive critcism given in a mature form of feedback. But what many people have done on these forums is giving destructive feedback almost borderline whining.
What is considered as good and bad feedback is mostly in the eyes of the beholder. I only hope that Anet are competent enough to be able to absorb the right kind of feedback for the sake of the game.
Everything! I have really fallen in love with this profession. Minor tweaks needed aside, this class outshines all other professions with its looks, animations and control ability.
