Last 2 files needed to download, but before it completes itself it drops down to 0 kb then does absolutely nothing. After awhile the text disappear.

My account has been hacked my level 80s have been stripped, I cannot send a request because the serial code I am entering is invalid? How can that be when it is the same exact code I entered to play the game, is it because I’m from the Philippines? Could anyone please help me are there other forms of contacting support other than requesting a ticket?

A few hours ago I checked my email just out of boredom to my suprise I’ve gotten 3 ArenaNet emails all titled “Authorize log-in attempt” and dated May 24 all coming form KR, Korea I assume. After changing account credentials I decided to manage my account to my surprise there were 3 different countries that have authorization to my account, Japan, Korea and Texas-US, I did what any normal person would do, I removed the authorized networks from Japan and Korea.

Texas US was listed in Current Login even though it did not have an Authorized Network. Even stranger was that the time he/she logged in was almost, if not exactly, the same as when I logged in. How is this even possible I have already taken precautionary measures using the Google App Anet suggested.

*Note that I have not yet logged into the game since these events happened so I don’t know if my account has been compromised

Should I be worried?

I checked my email today and found 3 ArenaNet emails I got which were all titled “Authorize log-in attempt” and was all dated on May 24 which I found strange since I did not play for a week. I decided to check the email and upon doing so I saw that the log in attempt came from KR, Korea I assume? So I immediately went and tried to log in on the Guild Wars 2 site to my surprise my password din’t work, after a few attempts, on trying to change my password because for some reason the authorization kept on failing because of “Unknown Authorization”, I finally was able to log in I also changed my email password

Now to the question should I be worried? I’ve seen multiple cases of these events happening and all of the hackers seem to not care about the value of the account they just delete the characters or their gear to spam gold selling sites, I can’t play because my PC is getting fixed so is there a possibility that my characters were deleted?

If anyone in Anet could see this I would just like to point out and suggest 1 more dye panel for the Charr T2 Heavy Chest, because it is really an inconvenience to not be able to dye 1 part of your fully visible armor especially when the dyes contrast.

(If you don’t know what I am talking about it is the red-ish cloth near your shoulders.)

High-Res Character Textures gray

My question now is why is the “High-Res Character Textures” grayed out? When I first installed GW2 it was white and I could click on it.

I installed GW2 after the reformat and noticed I couldn’t click on the option anymore.

My computer is maybe 3-5 years old and it has recently been reformatted, the only noticeable changes are Windows 7 Ultimate > Professional 3 years worth of data has been erased.
