I like how he walked into the marks, instead of dodge rolling through them rendering them 4 absolutely wasted CDs (I love doing that to Necros).
dodge rolling through them does nothing u still get hit with it, its even unblockable if traited
Is this new? I guarantee it wasn’t like this a week ago. I remember easily dodge rolling through them in WvW. If its fixed now that’s awesome.

This. The 10 stacks of might can give a big whallop to your condition damage.
Having main point of build on condition damage & condition duration IMHO it’s not a good idea, as it’s boosting your not-so-good attack by 10% of your not-so-good attack

Hmph… May it be because your ping to game server is suffering from something?
I’ve got some similar behaviour with another skills, which needs some preconditions to cast, when I was too far from wi-fi spot & got lags bcz of that.

Yes, but remember that is additive to Fear duration increases (+100% and -90% = +10%)
Did you guys retest this since the patch? I was really hoping they fixed the – duration effects, and didn’t do this.
Wait, wait, wait…. WHAT? Fix? Are you thinking that that’s a bug?
If minus-duration would be multiplicative, then everyone will run here and there with -90% duration without any condi-cleaners (or, maybe, just with one – for rare case when condition have base duration more then 5 seconds AND foe have almost +100% duration).
