some times this kind of things happens. did your friend really can’t email to anybody at all or just you ?i just hope that your problem fixed soon. it never happens to me after the patch / update.
btw when your friend send email what the notification on errors ?
for crossfire issue try update ur driver to 12.8 cap, and next time pls give more specific info for your driver version, CCC version , Cap version ( for ATI) when u need helps like this. it gives more info than just comp spec.

did your wive type the correct name? sometimes if shes right klik send mail item to . a random clicked name will show up. i think the dev must give some features about sent mail or history or stuff.
try using in game nick name rather than Berzalum.7159 as example. i was having problem like this too the other day
i never had it installed nor requested to be installed when play GW (but in my case i was copying GW from a friend). i have no idea what’s that for.
Same thing started for me about 4 days ago. I honestly thought it was a virus so I ran avast in boot-up and malware in safe mode which took me all day but the lag was still there sadly.
Today it was completely fine from noon till about….hmm, 6pm? I had zero lag and did wvw most the day but then I took a break for about an hour and when I came back it was back to lag city. My skills taking 2 seconds to activate and mobs will just stop moving and then randomly appear somewhere else. I’m glad to know it wasn’t my pc but I hope this doesn’t continue for long.
This is exactly what is happening/happened to me today.
this is happened to me last night, i was on orr (i forgot the map what i remember that is near orr) area when that happen. died alot because the DE spawn a lot of enemies and i cant kite with 2 seconds delay. Never happened before.
