Hello same problem here
My specs:
Cpu:G3258 OC to 4ghz
Ram:4gb DDR3 1333
Gpu:MSI Gtx460 Hawk

The problem is occuring after the FP Patch.
Yet on my brother pc which is:
Cpu:4670k Non OC
Ram:8gb DDR3 1600
Gpu:Gigabyte 650ti
No problems at all..

Update on my stuck character in Fireheart Rise i just guested to Kaineng and i managed to move to LA so i am unstuck seems guesting still fixes it.

1 of my characters just got the same issue can’t load into Fireheart rise.
Its been like this for 30mins or so..
