I’m sorry if i bump my thread, I though if I didn’t do this, Anet will not look up for my problem.
So far, no best answer from CS, they just say

" it can take time to fully kitten the issue, develop a means to amend it, and then implement that “bug fix” into the game. The exact amount of time can vary widely based on the severity and complexity of each issue."

Ok, I’ll try contact CS team again.

bump, my bug not solved yet. After Update still cannot leveling my Tyria Mastery “0/0 Experienced”.
My maguma mastery – level 6 now.

I want to try legendary crafting as soon as possible

i’v tried clear cache gw2 but still not work.
before I post to this forum, i’v submited ticket and got replied from CS, but they can’t solve my problem and tell me to report my problem as bug on forum/ingame.

Here what CS say to me

yes, I’v repaired my client, but my problem still same.

Hello anet, i want report my problem about Tyria Mastery.

My Tyria Mastery seem disabled on Tyria Map, I cant leveling my Tyria Mastery at all ( 0/0 Experienced – no progress).
But after I Waypoint to Verdant Brink, My tyria Mastery activated, I can see my Tyria Point – 42 point at this moment. I try Waypoint again to any other Tyria Map ex. Kessex Hill and than my Tyria Point become 0 again.
And everytime I click Pact Commander (on Tyria Map), My Client always Crash.
I cant leveling my Maguma Mastery but I cant leveling my Tyria Mastery.
Please check my images, and please solve my problem.
