The red worm is clearly Photoshopped…I mean, just look at the pixels!
While I mostly love the idea of the wallet, I too think making gold account wide/removing it from the bank is a bad move. There’s really no arguments I can present that haven’t been mentioned several times in the thread already, so I’m just adding my “vote” for keeping the gold out of the wallet. I seriously hope Anet can at least reconsider this decision, though I’m afraid it’s already too late, what with the update being so close already.
P.S. Even though I’m not going to quit GW2 due to this update (like I said, wallet = mostly awesome), I have to say that if my real life bank was to suddenly tell me I couldn’t have a savings account, and all my money would be transferred to a single account, I would immediately take all my money elsewhere. That’s pretty much exactly what this update is doing. Just some food for thought…
Yeah, not to mention that the champ pictured above managed to hit my poor engineer twice in a row for 33k…and while Lyssa was still alive there was at least one other champion around hitting for 24+k.
I know, I know, learn2dodge and all…but you can’t deny that is a bit ridiculous…
I too prefer to keep my characters as self-sufficient as possible, only spending the gold they have earned themselves. Makes it much easier to plan your purchases for each of your characters, and not accidentally spending the gold on your Nec when you actually needed it on your Mesmer.
I understand that some people might want to concentrate all the gold on their main character, so your suggestion would make sense for them. However, I can’t support your suggestion, as it would make things more complicated, rather than easier, for me.
The only place I’ve ever found Sage leaves in is the Fields of Ruin. Chilis on the other hand seem to be pretty common in the charr areas in general.
