Thx for the reply. Those server rules seams reasonable.

I think the lesson here is that I should find my opponent on a server that already have a rules set. Instead of asking in chat for en opponent and then let him choose what ever rules he thinks is okay.
What about Elixir S!? (the one that make u small or invis)

As the title is saying, I would like to know what is the “normal” rules on 1v1 servers?

Here after the patch I wanted to train some 1v1 so a asked in /m chat in the pvp lobby. And found this guy who wanted to 1v1 for some time. He asked if I knew the rules of 1v1. I am new to 1v1s so of cause I would like to hear them.

He showed me in what area to fight….So long so good, but then i good a bit wired.
I was on my engi running a gadget build.
- Fist he told me no turrets in 1v1 (well that seamed okay)
- also that I was cheating because i used supply drop (well they include turrens so okay aigan)
- Elixir S, the one that make u small or invis (was also not okay)
- Elixir X Toolkit the one that can make the enemy into a Moa. (this skill was also cheating and not follow “balanced” 1v1 rules.

Okay so this is were I started thinking the problem was not my “cheesy” builds but this dude Playing he’s 1v1 balanced Medi-gardian

So my question: What is normally good manners and rules when u 1v1 on the private servers?
