I think the most important upgrade for instances its to give phases to bosses, its very important this aspect. A boss with phase breaks the monotony and give a sense of achievement when we for example reach the phase 2 of the boss.

A lot of the bosses imo are not very well design especially those who have a lot and i mean a lot hp like in HoW instance and the mechanic its always the same.

One of the things that i miss from other games its like we wipe on phase 3 and we would analyse whats going wrong and what we need to do diferent, unfortunely here doenst happen except in a few rare cases, like Lupicus in Arah.

My post is 3 weeks old since i got the issue on 09/02/2012 with the ticket number 120903-001227

The ticket was close dont know why and i open other at the day 09/13/2012 and its 5 days old already because here its 00:40 am… The ticket have the number 120913-003220

Hi, am writing here because i dont know what i can do…
In 09/02/2012 i exchange 1g to gems, but after i hit the trade button the gold dissapear and am waiting till today for my gems, i made a support on the exactly same day with the number 120903-001227 but it seems got closed, after i receive 1 week after a automatic mail says probably the issue is resolve and i reply that i still miss the gems…
Today i check again , and the ticket was closed…

Hope i get the issue resolve quick now since am waiting almost 15 days.
