For those of you trying to use the manuals to reset trait points: Don’t. There is a discussion option with your trainer that will reset them for a gradually increasing amount of money to reset them. No manual is needed.

I have experienced the same bug. According to my History, I ought to have 814 influence, but my current tally only shows half that.

I played it as a Ranger, and it was cake.

The point is, that sword is what you need to destroy the Lich. Plain and simple. The lightening attack is the main one you should focus on, using the others to CC if they close into melee range. Done properly, you could actually stand outside of the cemetery and let whatever faction you are helping do the meatshielding.
