I have an 80 Engi and am working on a grenade build that is right for me. Here are my questions:

1. How does Inertial Converter work with Elixar R? I attempted to test this but the tooltip doesnt specify a cooldown and when I used it in the field it seems hit or miss.

2. Whats the best stat combo for a grenade build? Im not worried about being squishy, just curious about damage output and stacking vuln. I like the idea of a condi build but it seems unless I’m fighting a dungeon boss the mobs never last long enough to justify it. Any insight would be helpful.

3. So far my traits are 30/15/0/0/10. With the extra 15 I’m torn between Firearms and Tools.

4. And finally Im wondering what sigils I should be using, bloodlust percision type thing? Or something to help with condi duration and vuln stacking?

I’m aware this info is already covered on this forums somewhere but I wanted to create my own thread. Thanks in advance for any insight!

Hello Chris, surely the safest and most effective place for polling would be the launcher or character screen.

If you do that properly you wont even need to touch the mobs until the gate is open.

Clear the whole area including bonus event. Have 4 people grab barrels (with out pulling) and LOS beside the house attached to the right side of the gate where the dog was pathing. Person with out a barrel comes back aroud the front and pulls the group, kiting them with a sprint up all the way back to the waypoint so they dont see the other members of your group sneak behind with the barrels. Once the four are down a member can easily grab the last barrel and place it. Its important that all the mobs are not in the barrel holders los when hey run in and plant them.

I wouldnt say by any means the trash in this game is stupid hard, but i dont prefer to face roll 80% of every instance.

When my guild mates and I first stepped foot in AC we definitely had trouble adjusting and there was almost a feeling that the learning curve would be too overwhelming, how ever just a couple days later we’ve found our selves really enjoying the content. We’ve completed numerous explorables and are having a blast doing so. The combat style feels fun and fast paced. I personally love that the “trash” pulls I’m used to from other mmos have been made much more difficult.

Of course there are many bugs and progress blocking issues still to be dealt with and the barter price for exotics certainly needs to be cut in half or at least the tokens bound to account. My overall impressions of dungeons has been a positive one and I believe I speak for the rest of my guild as well.
