Guild Wars 2

The amount of effort you put into this thread is astonishing. I’ve always had a lot of ideas for new professions, but I could never put my thoughts into words like this. Hopefully the devs will notice this when the time for discussing the possibility of adding new professions comes around!

I would love to see a new heavy armored class. Possibly one that uses spears (above water), pole-arms, halberds, glaives, lances or something along those lines.
It could focus on dealing out conditions to multiple foes, like bleeding, cripple, weakness and vulnerability.
Maybe give it less survivability than the Warrior and Guardian but add a more offensive feel to it, with focus on movement and proper placement.
