Guild Wars 2

As the title says I haven’t played a while and been waiting for improvements or things that were promised

I want to know whether the following have been implemented or not

-Dueling between two players at any time
-Guild Halls
-The Guild wars 2 App for android/is that we were all promised but forgotten?

Please feel free to add any improvements that have been added to the game . I’m still considering whether to download this again

Betting on a duel sounds good too, but extremely disappointed that dueling wasn’t there at the start
