Well, my ticket was closed for no reason without any kind of reply, so I updated it asking why is was closed and reiterated the issue. Seriously, I spend money on gems, bought a character slot, and never received the character slot. How hard is it to either give me the slot or the gems? I had planned on buying more character slots too, thus giving more money, but I’m not spending a dime until this is resolved.

Please just fix this.
On Aug. 29 I bought some gems, and then used them to buy a character slot. The gems were taken, but I’ve never received my character slot.
On Aug. 30 I put in a ticket, and still have not heard back.
