Static discharge has more buggy behavior, it ONLY works with hostile single target toolbelt skills atm. Any no/friendly/ground target ability causes it to shoot into the ground most of the time, making it more or less unuseable.

With speedy kits, you can almost cover the same distance just running than you could with Jump Shot because of the weird hover delay before the landing.

Does anyone else feel that #5 for the Rifle is clunky/delayed/laggy? I imagine its supposed to give you a mobility option , but the wierd landing animation/delay prevents it from doing so.

I think if the delay from the landing animation were fixed/removed that the skill would be a lot more useful. I would love to use this skill, it hits really hard and I’m sure everyone wants to fly around like Tristana.
