With 15 people you can easily kill 30 plus with some coordination. removing the 5 cap would be the dumbest thing Anet could do atm.
I don’t pay for upgrades but i do drop 50 siege weapons a week, you do realise you can buy them with badges? tbh repair costs arent that big in WvW, on good days i die maybe once a night, if my guild is outnumbered i might spend 5 silver an hour on repairs. Can’t really call that a lot. in an hour you can easily get 2 gold just from the items in your loot, besides that you also get gold sometimes in lootbags and you have the money you get from events.
Yes. There are profitable PvE events in WvW. Killing Centaurs doesn’t help your team though. And yes, there are plenty of incentives to promote running with the zerg, and disincentives to actually putting resources into upgrades or even running supply. Add in a good farming/zerg commander and you can simply trade towers/keeps with the other server for lots of rewards. It is possible to farm in WvW, however that’s not what we PvPers want to do, we want to be productive for our team through PvP and PvP related objectives.
I don’t think you really understand where i get my money from. I don’t do any PvE in WvW. I run around with my guild attacking/defending objectives and killing other players. this gives me event rewards and loot bags which is good money.
I don’t really see a problem with the gold gain in WvW. I dont que that much upgrades on keeps so that might be why i make good gold in WvW. In good hours i can easily make 5 gold an hour from events, loot bags and other drops. Even in bad hours i make 2 gold an hour. Since mats are so much more expensive now gold gain shouldnt be a problem for anyone in WvW.

it bugges when you fall down with it, when you teleport the hammer stays behind next to the cliff in the air but you cant grab it.
So you get killed be someone who turtles and ofcourse it’s Anet fault… it’s not that difficult to kill a turtle. i really hope Anet won’t do anything stupid i like it the way it is atm.
It’s not that hard to break a turtle. simply use strategies against it instead of trying to nerf it…
you gain 10 lvls per 0-400 craft. at early lvls you gain more since it takes less xp compared to higher lvls to lvl up. boosters just increases the crafting xp. meaning you need less supplies to get from 0-400 but it won’t increase the amount of lvls you get.

I used 880 rare lvl 80 crafted greatswords for my dawn and then another 3900 lvl 80 greatswords for my dusk. made about 400 gold profit on this so im happy with the results
i’m also trying for a legend atm, used over 1250 rare staffs already but no legend. i’m also getting a 20% exotic rate.
tbh i see no reason why you are unable to clear it, i’ve been able to do it with pug groups on first try. you shouldn’t try to kill them or let 3 kite and the rest afk. just all 5 go in make sure someone doesnt have all on him. try to divide the mobs as much as possible and when you die instant respawn and run back. try to use as much CC as possible, if you are organized you can save up CC for when someone dies so you can buy some time to get him back in. for the rest just run and dodge roll as much as possible, just look what mobs are hitting you and look at the animation going off.
