I just activated a guild wars 2 code onto this account and I received no confirmation email. I’m not sure if I’m receiving any emails from guild wars 2 because I issued a support ticket about a different issue and have not received a response in 4 days after the initial ticket email.

I am using gmail and I have followed the steps in this thread:

No Response that I see for 4 days. I might not be getting your emails. I just redeemed a code to make this account on a different email and I got no confirmation email. (Both emails on gmail).

Edit: It has now been 7 days
