Same thing as the OP, my wife’s game continues to crash randomly at various game play-time lengths. Repair file is the only thing that fixes the files temporarily. Please get this fixed ANET, we are ready to leave and not look back. Thanks
Same thing here, since the Clockwork Chaos patch, wife’s pc keeps randomly crashing, except it’s not a dell, but a custom pc. It’s running a Geforce GT 640 graphics card with current UTD drivers. Running repair files is getting ridiculous. Please get this issue resolved, we’re a hair away from leaving until issues are addressed.

I’m having the same problem. Connection error: Retrying. I read that it was supposedly fix, but it is not.
I’m 46 and my wife is 48 and we both love it. I think we 40 plusers need a class with a walker or cane as our main weapon. lmao! Seriously though, the game fits us like a glove.
