The sound on Quip was the ONLY reason I crafted it.

It’s obvious that many players crafted one or the other purely for their sound effects.
Because these items take so much effort to make; if you guys were to change the sound effects, it’s only fair you offer some sort of refund or compensation to their owners.

The thing is you can easily get back to 100% duration with different rune/sigil choices.

Has anyone tested ghost pepper poppers at night since the rework?

If you run agony and malice on weapons and full viper’s with ghost pepper poppers I feel like dps would be much higher than the current meta condi build.

This is almost the exact same message I received before… this is extremely annoying when your ticket are apparently not even read. I didn’t “accidently” delete anything. All of the characters on my account were deleted by someone else.

The forums is not the place to debate customer support replies/decisions. Your brother accessed your account and deleted your characters. I am sorry and that sucks. However “third party” access refers to unknown people who are not in your household. This would be like if a hacker got into your account and completely stripped it.

Support did not misinterpret your ticket. They do not restore accounts when you left your computer unattended and your brother got access to it. They will only restore when the account has been compromised by a non household member. Sorry.

There are a few of the Dev quotes about the ‘Evil Little Brother’ situation. I’m sure you could find more using Google. No ARs are provided for compromises instigated by family members/friends. Security for your account is, of course, your responsibility.

It seems like this policy is in place to stop duping, but can’t they just look into my account before and after and see that everything is intact, I’m sure all of my gold is in my bank still I don’t want to make any characters just in case… I haven’t played in two years because of this incident.

I also did not have anything of significant value that wasn’t soulbound. I had a bound legendary and thats the primary reason I want my characters back.

I had all my characters deleted by my upset little brother a long time ago while I was away from my computer, and my ticket at the time was misunderstood and I was told that they couldn’t be restored because “I” entered their names, but I didn’t my brother did. I haven’t played since.

I recently read somewhere that you will restore accounts to a previous point in time if someone unauthorized did something to your account one time only. I would like this!

Account Restorations are only provided to accounts compromised by a third party. The ‘evil little brother’ scenario does not qualify.

Sorry for your loss. It would help the CS Team if you closed your ticket.

EDIT: There was no account sharing, I left my account logged in and my little brother who was upset with me got on and deleted them while I was in the shower… please stop making accuastions.
