I bought three character slots and the digital deluxe upgrade in quick succession. My first character slot was fine and it gave me the ‘success’ message and I proceeded to buy the other two and the upgrade, but it seemed they didn’t register and no gems were deducted. When I closed the game and logged back, all of my gems had been deducted. I received the deluxe upgrade and only one slot.
Still haven’t got my other two slots.
