I can confirm that this is an issue. Not only was I in that match with Noince, I was in a couple last night where the same thing happened. Suffice to say it is an automatic loss, please fix asap.
This has been happening to me as well and I am in the US. I would say it started roughly three to four days ago. I only use Google and if I type in “gw2 forums” the actual official forums never appear – not even four pages into the search results. Clearly, a problem despite the fact that most of us have the site bookmarked.
