The Mesmer Mental Anguish trait is not performing in WvW as it should after the recent patch.
Mental Anguish: Increased bonus damage to 25% base (50% vs. Inactive) in PvE only.
In WvW the trait has not been buffed and remains unchanged.
WvW is considered as PvE when making the distinction between PvP and PvE skills on other occasions.
Can anyone clarify when WvW is considered to be PvP and when it considered as PvE for me please?

The Mesmer Greatsword Phantasmal Berserker ability had its cast time increased from 0.75 seconds to one second in the recent balance patch.
This change to the cast time was not documented in the patch notes and goes directly against the patches aim of enhancing the power shatter builds.
Please investigate.
I’m intrigued to to know how we can create more constant pressure using this ability with an undocumented increase in the cast time from 0.75 seconds to 1 second.
This certainly doesn’t feel like an enhancement to a power-based shatter build.
My pvp queue button won’t work either(will not allow me to queue) , its been like this for 3 days now.
Can queue when part of a group but then can’t join the match and it times out.
I’m also experiencing this problem, I believe it started after the log-in server was broken whilst i tried to queue for spvp.
I’m getting the exact same symptoms as the others in this thread.
Logged on today and still not fixed; ticket raised yesterday but not response.
Lets hope it get fixed soon or we at least get a response that it is being looked into.
