Hi, am having the same problems as most, credit card approval failure. My card was flagged for fraudulent activity because I was distracted by the bus I was waiting for while I was trying to top up my phone credit, it timed out while I was about to put in 3 digit verification code while I was getting on the bus( apparently phone companies immediately flag this as a fraud attempt and your locked out of online/phone transactions )
I went to my bank yesterday and went through the usual security checks and got my card unflagged but i still can’t make purchases in the gem store. Do you have to go through the support ticket option to get it working again or is it a matter of time?
