I’ve been doing the Queen’s Jubilee achievements however now that I’ve completed them all I seem to be stuck at 15/16 with no way to get that last achievement. Am I missing something?

Is it just me, or is the mining pick actually rotated 90 degrees when you’re “smashing” on a node? It looks as if my character is using the mining pick as a hammer.
The only way I seem to be able to output decent DPS is using all our minions, any other setup feels even more slow to me, and I am not even a huge fan of pets and minions.
