I attempted to buy a character slot with gems but noticed that clicking the “accept” button did not work, so I figured that I was having issues connecting to the gem store. I restarted my client and attempted the purchase again. This time the button did work but I received an error code in the ~200 range? I did not pay much attention to it but I wish I did because my gems were deducted from the purchase but I did not receive the character slot. It also does not register under my recent purchases.

This is my second character slot purchase which went smoothly a week or so ago .I did not purchase the gems via cash so I am not too upset about it, but I feel bad if this is happening to people who did. The transaction occurred around 10:35 pm eastern on 10/09/12 if that helps.
