Every time I try to commune with Hero Point at the end of channeling my game crashes!

ty I am not very expirienced with gw2 or mmorpgs in general
So I have not been playing for a while and I just came back and have just found out that lion arch is destroyed so can anyone tell me where bank is now? Ty all!
