Hello, i got my account permanently banned. I have sent a ticket that has remained unanswered since one month. I have done nothing wrong that could have resulting into my ban. I would like an explaination, a reason of my ban. I was told that some people got ban after using some vpn, and I use a vpn called hoxx while Im on the web, maybe it is related to my ban… i hope i’ll get an answer about my situation.
