Is it possible to use sigil of battle and strength on a 2 handed weapon at the same time?

I see now for some reason I thought “Empowered Illusions” was for Clones not Phantasm that’s where i got confused.

I don’t understand the reason to use “Empowered Illusions” its 15% more damage but 15% more damage of nothing it nothing right. I’m sure there is a reason it’s used.
Can some help me out?

My Mesmer I love this class!

I have so much time in my Mesmer. Every time i make a new build that i like something gets changed. It really sucks! I have put so much work in to getting all ascended gear for condition and that went to S***. So i started over with a complete different build and now after the last patch my build is not the same. I fell like every patch that comes out my Mesmer gets worked over.
