Waiting on someone from Anet staff to answer this; Fractals turned into a joke, these drops are ridiculous and they have the audacity to tell us “we are nerfing dungeons, focus on fractals, rewards will be better”…

I’m sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, I couldn’t find an apropriate one (also sorry for the bad english).
It’s the third day in a row that I get mail from people I don’t know, claiming to be GMs and saying that my account will be shut down within 72 hours, unless I click a certain link in particular. Of course I’m no stupid, I reported them every time, but they don’t stop and this is starting to get annoying. Could ANET do something about this? The absence of this kind of people trying to “hack” others was one of the reasons I bought a nice MMORPG instead of playing free ones..
