This better be a bug, otherwise ArenaNet has lied to their playerbase. Even if you don’t play Keg Brawl, how can so many people have viewed this thread but only a few actually care to speak against what is clearly a wrong on the developers’ part.

Just opened 58 Giant Wintersday Gifts on my 73 Warrior, only stating that cause AnthonyOrdon said, ‘The items found in the gifts are a bit random. Giant gifts are awarded to level 60-80 players and should contain somewhat level appropriate gifts.’
What I got: 54 Sweaters and 4 Flawless Snowflakes.

Just going to through this in there, since I have the same problem. I looked on here yesterday, and seen a bunch of people talking about it. Got annoyed, and got off for the rest of the day. I just get on and found 3 unlocked black lion chests from GW2 Customer Support in the Mail… Is this there way of saying, ‘Sorry, we ****ed up, so here, have something completely irrelevant to Wintersday!’?
