As guild leader how do i go about promoting members up the rank been trying the last 4hrs nothing

I’m new to ,, but from what i seen n doing is buying my weapons n armor off the merchants in the city they go up every 5lv’s n looking for rare stuff on the trade post.

i believe with crafting u have to get ur lv up high to start making the really good stuff
