Doesn’t work that way… golem bankers say account bound, but are actually character bound. And you cannot pull them out of the bank onto another character. So no, there is no infinite golem banker option.
Be much easier if we could just have our turrets prefer “focus” targets. So if we or a teammate call out a target the turrets all hit THAT target if able.
Quite easy to kill stuff 9 levels above you. 10 levels is where it gets too painful. At a 10 level difference they gain complete immunity to all conditions you try to inflict. And condition damage is the way to go for killing stuff many levels higher than you. (It still does full damage because condition damage either lands or doesn’t… there is no scratch damage for conditions.)
Its even worse for Engineer from a tool belt perspective. A ~800ish heal. That takes 6 seconds to get the regeneration portion completed and has a 60 second cooldown. With that value being valid for level 80.
Its only slightly better if you spec for lots and lots of heal, and even then its 1.5K every minute.
