Both me and a guildie have had an issue with dying shoes.

Basic light armour shoes on a charr mesmer, they crashed during dye editor and then they crash after the reboot when you try to remove them. Not in WvW colours, not transmuted, just the basic light armour you start with.

I don’t want to be stuck in rubbish shoes forever!

I’m a Charr wearing Light Armor to boot! Also a mesmer! I wonder if it’s specific to Charr Mesmers.

For the record, no, it’s not in World Vs. World either.

It has not been transmuted. It’s level 80 exotic boots, the craftable ones using Gossamer. Moreover, I can’t dye any of my shoes on this character, not just these.

I’m wanting to change the dye on my boots, but every time I do nothing changes. Then, when I unequip the armor piece I just tried to dye, my game crashes and exits back to the desktop.

Does anyone else have the same issue, or know a work-around to make it dye? I hate my shoes clashing with everything else. :<
