I made a guild with some friends, and I have the influence to start working on upgrades, but the ADD button under the upgrade is grey’d out and won’t let me select it. And now still I can’t promote members of the guild to higher ranks or edit the permissions of the individual ranks. I can make new ranks, but that is the only thing I can do as a Guild leader. I’m even surprised I can invite new members to the guild.

Update: 10 days have passed and still no fix for this.
