I’ll try scanning my PC for any form of viruses and malware that might cause this problem. I’ve reduced the number of processes to 90+ or so (I have like Nvidia, Adobe and Avira processes running behind, so that’s the best I can do) and so far so good (I had GW2 running with Steam in the background).

vana.5467 >> my storage is pretty okay actually. I have 2 partitions:
C Drive: 361gb free out of 438 gb
D Drive: 356 gb free out of 491gb

So I guess a full hard drive can’t really be the cause of it.

Yet to see the problem coming up again, but am not so confident about it being completely solved T_T

Hey ya’ll,
I’ve been experiencing some crashes about a month ago (after the Wintersday patch) and usually happens when i try to run the gw2.exe file. It just doesn’t display the login page but insteads shows me a window prompting me to either send or not send a crash report to ArenaNet.

I thought it was like some minor bug due to the new patch or something of that sort but it then started crashing when am in game.
I’ve tried using the -repair command and it somewhat solved it for about 2-4 days until it came up again today.

I’ve included one of the crash report here as well.

I had copied the entire GW2 file for my friend who had recently formatted his PC and it works A-okay on his- no crashes, nothing.

Am wondering if anyone out there who has experienced this problem and somehow managed to fix it could share something regarding this issue?
And if I can, I don’t want to mess with my BIOS settings T.T.
