Thanks all “my re-up” comment was that I believe I remember that if you paid a subscription like monthly you got some valuable benefits….being a person who loves gaming I always wanted to be a paying patron to get the best benefits.

Thanks all for your responses….Honestly we enjoyed the game and doing dailies as the start of our gaming day on GW2 especially with topped out characters. Maybe we need to reup for one month and try GW2 again with a different perspective of daily actions…..

Have they added more content or opened cap to allow for more questing for prior topped out characters? Will the expansion allow for that?

Well we are not raiders, And we have already played 2-3 of characters to top level. So getting on and doing the dailys seemed a fun way to continue with the game with our topped out characters versus leveling another.

Thats why the loss of the dailys meant so much for us as the game seemed at end game for us as we did not want to raid.

Thoughts?

We used to play GW2 and enjoyed getting on each day and doing the dailys. About 3 months into playing GW2 changed the dailys and made them very area specific and much less enjoyable to complete. At that time we left the game as it no longer was enjoyable to log on each day and go do the dailys together.

My question is did they ever change the dailys scheme back to the way they were originally which was less area specific and much more achievable and enjoyable?

We would love to comeback to the game if we can enjoy doing them again.

And I am guess beside submitting a bug report which I have read seem never to get any attention there is no way to contact a GM in game like other games I have played?

I have put in a request as you instructed its quite disturbing as it seems no way to move forward on storyline with this character and invested some gems with equipment and such on it so far….thanks you seem to be the only person to respond….

Is there anyway to abort a Storyline quest and retry it? I cannot find one

I have the same problem that happened last night… I was in a party of 2 the other person was in control of the quest and finished the quest and I got no offer to finish nor the quest rewards and equipment. Now I am stuck with the quest unfinished Saying “you have an important Letter” Read your Mail" ….No Mail, the instance marker still shows in front of the cave where the Liberation quest started and I cannot do anything to end this storyline quest…..I went back, went through the cave, there is no glowing spot to get back into instance quest in front cave (even though it shows on my world map), No Mail in maibox, I tried rebooting and the above recommendation and repaired client three time but nothing gives me anything to finish this storyline!!! I left a bug report and a support request here but no one has responded!!! If I have lost this character I am done with GW2 .
