Yup, this. Plus every time we tried to enter with a group of 5 at least 2 DC’d. When it DC’d me I couldn’t log back in on that character. This happened about 2 hours ago (long after that hot patch).
I noticed this happening to me last night as well. I went from 105% MF (which is my base from my gear) to 93%. I downed myself to see if it was my sigil of luck messing up and I went down again to 75%. As someone noted elsewhere, I think this is what my MF would be if you ignored the +3% on all of my gear (not including the +% from the runes/stones)
