It’s seriously starting to irritate me..

One pro tip for GW2 support, if you actually want to help try reading tickets.

I’ve been able to change my PW three times without them even receiving the key they asked for in the automated message thing ( You know what I’m talking about if you had the same experience. )

So yeah that really made me doubt this support even more.
And the fact that I’ve been waiting since 31-8 for an unban doesn’t make me happy too.

I’ve honestly lost all my patience. The ticket above is not even one day but I want it answered it.
I’ve been waiting since 31-8 for a correct answer on one of my tickets. I keep getting these answers who are about a completly other subject.
I’m just asking for an UNBAN. Not much just an unban. I would’ve gotten it if the people at support actually tryed and read the tickets.

Like for real, you people don’t really read the tickets do you?

So you people have time to infract people but helping someone who has been banned for 2 weeks now is too much asked.

I feel asif I’m getting trolled. I’ve been to the “5 days older ticket” section and I’ve posted twice but everytime they just skip my ticket and help people.

I have 2 tickets: first one : 120831-018521
1 posted on 31-8 and still no reply. The status changed to duplicate for some reason.

So I made a 2nd ticket 6 days ago: 120908-003334
I got a copy paste response twice in a row asking me for my username wich I submitted twice already now.

I seriously just want my unban already. You have no idea how it feels to be 40 levels behind on your friends.. -_-

Is this really how the support works?

My first ticket was on 31-08. so yea i waited a while – 120831-018521
120831-018521 It got marked duplicate for some reason, no idea why. I had a reply but it was from Lance who said something completly different wich made no sense.

Well I really hope so too, because the ticket thing didn’t really help me out.

Getting copy paste solutions about a whole other subject made me cry ._.

The account hacked section has good GM’s helped me within 3 days.

But the unban section just gives random copy paste solutions and i’ve been waiting for 10 days now for a actual legit response.

And if you get helped by either Steven or Lance then you’re pretty much doomed.

Steven helped me.

Saying stuff about inapropriate behaviour when I explained him in detail that my account got hacked and perm banned because of selling gold..

Made me rage.

Well my account got hacked, just got it back and got a perm. ban for gold selling.
What do I do now? ^.

Well I finally got my account back from support, but when I tryed to log in I noticed that I got perm banned. Is there anyway to get unbanned without the ticketsystem? kind of took me long and addiction is starting to kick in.
