I am that guardian and yes, I’m jealous. I hope ArenaNet uses his model. It looks fantastic and has the trail, too! Mine has bugged like this a few times, as well.
Yah, I sent him here and told him to create a support account so that he could update his ticket. I do think it is unfair that they banned him, and were I in a similar situation, I would hope that ArenaNet would not provide the same response to me that they did to him. I hope that he is able to get his account un-banned. Thank you very much for your help and responses, we appreciate it.
Thank you for your response. Is there a sticky for how to create a separate support account? Sorry, I’ve never posted here before and I just read the forum info support tips thread.
Edit 1: And he has filed a ticket, but support did not seem too keen on helping him. I wanted to see if posting this to the forum would get a bit more views and maybe someone could help him. I think they probably closed his ticket.
Edit 2: I can post the exchange between him and ArenaNet, if that would help to make the situation easier to understand. Please let me know if this is helpful.

Hi,
A friend of mine purchased gems using a paypal account that is linked to his credit card. With this account, if there weren’t enough funds in the paypal account, it would pull straight from his credit card. Unfortunately, right after he bought gems, and subsequently spent them, his credit card had its information stolen, was charged $500, and was locked by his bank. This meant that paypal could not charge the $10 of gems that he bought and his paypal account was put into fraud status. This resulted in a ban by NCSoft.
I’m posting on his behalf wondering if there is anything he can do about this. He has spoken with ArenaNet support and stated that he was willing to pay the $10 that was owed, since this was the cause of the ban. His account e-mail address is [removed] and one of his character’s names is [removed].
Please let me know if there is anything he can do to lift this ban! Thank you very much for reading.

So, I was exploring Ebonhawke to see the lore and do some map completion and I came across the Tier 3 cultural weapons vendor. So, I previewed the greatsword…wait? What was that on the side of the screen? The sword!? I must have double clicked it by accident, but there goes 63k karma! So, then I thought, well, maybe I got a good skin, at least, so I went to check the Tier 1 skin. I previewed it and was extremely careful this time, but it bought the Tier 1 weapon, too! 9.8k karma right there. I am out 72.8k karma because of this bug. Anyone who has tried farming karma knows that this is a large amount! Please fix this!!! Also, if there is any way I could get my karma back…I need it for my legendary, of course… I have the Tier 1 and Tier 3 Ebon Vanguard Greatswords in my inventory and I don’t need either!!! If nothing else, I hope nobody else makes my mistake.
